LumiStretch Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing LumiStretch! We believe in clear communication and want you to know exactly what to expect when you book with us. Please review the following Terms & Conditions, which apply to all LumiStretch sessions, packages, and memberships.

General Terms (Applies to All Bookings)

​

1. Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking for all sessions, packages, and memberships.

​

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Clients are responsible for booking their own sessions.

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.

• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the full session being forfeited.

 

3. Session Expiration

• Single sessions and packages must be used within 60 days of purchase.

• Unused sessions after 60 days will expire and cannot be refunded, credited, or transferred.

4. Refund Policy

• All purchases are non-refundable.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for unused, canceled, or expired sessions.

Membership-Specific Terms

5. Membership Billing and Renewal

• Memberships are billed automatically each month to the card provided at signup.

• Billing occurs on the original sign-up date each month.

​

6. Session Roll-Over and Expiration

• Membership sessions roll over for one additional month if unused.

• Sessions expire if not used within two months (month of issuance + one rollover month).

• Sessions must be used while the membership is active. If a membership is canceled, any unused sessions must be used before the membership officially ends.

7. Membership Cancellation

• Memberships may be canceled by providing written notice to lumistretch@gmail.com at least 30 days prior to the next billing date.

• Cancellations received less than 30 days before billing will result in one final charge.

• No partial month refunds will be issued upon cancellation.

8. Session Sharing

• Membership sessions are intended for personal use.

• After using all included monthly membership sessions, members may share add-on sessions with family members residing in the same household.

• Proof of shared residence (such as matching address ID) may be required.

• Family members must be 18 years or older to use sessions independently. Minors under 18 may participate only with a parent or guardian present.

Changes to Terms

• LumiStretch reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, including pricing, benefits, and membership terms, with 30 days' notice.

• Clients will be notified of any changes via the email address provided at signup.
